1/ Compliance & User Onboarding: KYC and KYB Enhancements where invoice payments will require completed KYC verification and invoice issuance will require KYB protocol adherence.
2/ Reporting Enhancements: Users can now target their data analysis with date filters on various reports while also being able to export crucial reports in Excel for efficient record-keeping.
3/ User Interface and Experience: The Swap Module is enhanced with clear representation in the interface for ease of use.
4/ User Guidance: A comprehensive & detailed guide is now available for platform navigation. Check it out now here.
5/ Invoice Handling: Invoices now expire automatically after issuance if they remain unpaid even after 2 hours, and their status is updated as "expired" to maintain system efficiency. To simplify invoice processing further, the requirement for invoice number validation has been removed when rejecting, canceling, or expiring invoices.
6/ Real-Time Calculations: Access current exchange rates with real-time calculations. Users can also input purchase rates with checks for system and finance verification.
7/ Technical and Operational Updates
- Swap and Pay Disablement During Payments: Swap and Pay option has been temporarily disabled, focus is now on direct transactions using ZBU Tokens only to enhance efficiency.
- Blockchain Network Additions: Enhanced settlement process reliability with addition of Public Binance Smart Chain RPC along with existing Quicknode to the blockchain setup.
- TRX Coin Support Discontinuation: Optimizing service offerings by halting TRX coin support in the PSP wallet.
